Games against big clubs like Borussia Dortmund are usually among the hardest tickets of the season. Plan on the earliest sale window you qualify for, and keep an eye on Ticket Exchange if it sells out.

How to buy, step by step

1. Buy a Red Membership for every person in your group.
2. Watch the match's ticket information page for the ballot window, then register with a payment card and pick two preferred price bands.
3. If you win, tickets are allocated automatically and your card is charged (plus booking fees). Everyone is emailed the result.
4. If you lose, check the official Ticket Exchange, where members resell tickets at face value.
