Eredivisie tickets

Dutch clubs sell almost every ticket through a personal, verified account, and many matches need a club card. The rules are strict because of the Dutch fight against hooliganism. Some clubs make that easy for visitors from abroad (Ajax verifies you with a passport scan in its app), and some make it nearly impossible (PSV requires a Dutch bank ID).

What visitors need to know

You need a verified account

Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord sell through personal accounts linked to your identity. Ajax lets foreign fans verify with a passport scan in the Ajax app. PSV's Club Card needs iDIN, a Dutch bank ID check.

Club cards decide who can buy

Many matches are sold only to holders of the club's card or members. You can only hold one Dutch club's card at a time, because the KNVB (the Dutch FA) records your club preference.

Members and supporters' clubs first

Season ticket holders and supporters' association members buy before club card holders. Big games, like Feyenoord v Ajax, often never reach a wider sale.

Official resale

Ajax runs its own Resale for sold-out league and European matches, and Feyenoord has a Ticket Exchange. Check them close to the match.

Mobile, named tickets

Tickets arrive in the club app, often only a week before the match, and are tied to the person attending.

Easiest and hardest
Ajax is the most realistic for visitors (passport verification and a €5 Club Card). PSV is the hardest without a Dutch bank account.
